Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you on time, with every nut intact. Our shipping and delivery processes are built for exactly that.

01 Orders placed before 5:00 pm are processed for dispatch the same day; later orders are processed the next day.

02 Orders ship within 48 hours. Depending on availability, some may take longer, but never more than one week.

03 Most orders are delivered within 48–72 hours, depending on our logistics partners and your address.

04 If we can’t ship your order within 7 days of payment, we cancel it, refund you in full and notify you by email.

05 We deliver on all days except Sundays and holidays.

06 We try to ship every item in one delivery; availability may occasionally split an order.

07 If a package arrives tampered or damaged, please refuse it and contact customer care with your order number.

08 To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each.
